Company has no phone number, they reply to E-mails after several days of receiving E-mail. Packages are delivered to the wrong address, or get lost. You cannot get reimbursement from sender, as it is delivered to Fetch, but Fetch lost the package. And you need to send a lot of E-mails trying to reach someone. Still waiting for my reimbursed for the lost package that was lost 2 weeks ago.
