My tech Juan was very friendly, polite and explained everything very well. I would like him back every time.
I had Sierra come out first for my toilet - fearing they'd tell me it was a huge repair job. Instead they had it unclogged in nothing flat and it was less than $100.00. Then my air conditioner stopped cooling off. They came out and had it running again and only charged me for the emergency visit. They did tell me I'd have to eventually replace the compressor however for about $2000.
