This isn’t my first rodeo and I’ve never experienced this until now. I’ve been calling since February someone called back however my referral wasn’t received even though my Dr faxed over 2x. After calling back again I have yet to hear back from anyone and it’s going on a month. Short staff? (Hire me at this point!). If I don’t hear back in April I guess I’ll go in person to schedule my appointment.
Call line is a joke. Corewell can do better- hire someone to actually answer the phones instead of leaving a message to play phone tag with the department 🤦♀️
I have called twice today and first time sat on hold and left a message. Now I have been on hold for an HOUR. For an ultrasound that the automated message states only takes 3 minutes to make. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable I would give zero stars. It is now Monday 2/16 and I have called close to 20 times, I called right when they opened at 830 and still didn’t get through. There appointment call line is a JOKE. do they think people’s have hours upon hours to wait in phone call to make a single appointment. I called them soon as they open at 8:30 it”s 10 am still waiting and writing this review. This is have to be one the worse number to call to make appointment. Very disappointing. Management need to look into this issue.
