I typically don’t write reviews, but I told myself that if something still bothered me years after my wedding, I would. My wedding was in April 2023, and unfortunately, my experience with this florist was very disappointing. For my bouquet and bridesmaids’ bouquets, I specifically requested minimal greenery with pastel, colorful, fun, and unique flowers. Whitney and her team were a joy to work with! I showed her inspiration photos and the team went above and beyond. It was prettier than I could have imagined. Her team did our flowers for rehearsal dinner and wedding and we received so many compliments on the flowers. A few friends said they were the most beautiful they have ever seen at a wedding. Festoon did the flowers for my wedding weekend (Rehearsal/Welcome/Church/Reception) and the florals kept getting better and better. She asked thoughtful questions about what we were looking for, and with those ideas, she took them and ran. It was beyond my wildest dreams. We absolutely loved working with Whitney and the Festoon team for our wedding in Charleston! We shared some inspiration photos with Whitney, and she shared a Pinterest board of florals and a very comprehensive proposal for our florals. Her team also provided all the candles and vases which really helped tie our decor together. We were THRILLED with how everything turned out, and people still bring up how beautiful our flowers were almost 6 months after our wedding. We couldn't recommend Festoon more!!
