All about MONEY I went to this vet for a few years and every time I left I told myself that I was never going back. Needless to say I finally left that practice and I couldnât be more satisfied with my new practice in Abingdon. I just got the feeling that they did EVERYTHING possible to hike up my bill. Very uncaring I always had a great experience at this clinic until my dog died the doctor said he would probably live another year and then comes out and says he's dead no emotion nothing I couldn't even believe how heartless the staff is. very unhappy those people should be ashamed of themselves acting like a pet dying means nothing.
DO NOT GO HERE The front desk staff is very rude! DO NOT GO HERE. They will swindle you for every dime.Horrible service overall.
Emergency veterinary care We took our dog in to another hospital to have a tumor removed. They were not able to do the procedure for several days, and over the weekend our dog started bleeding heavily from the tumor, and was continually licking and pawing at the area. She was in a great deal of pain, and obviously making everything worse. Late Saturday evening, we rushed her to the Festival clinic. Possibly the Worst Vet Ever? I have never experienced as awful service as this. Going into the clinic I felt that the staff was very stand offish and the fact that after spending more than 1,000 dollars on my sick cat they could not give me a diagnosis on him who they said would be have to be put down soon. They did not seem to care and I felt very frustrated at the fact that they were not going to do anything further for my cat. Highly Recommend I recently adopted a dog that had hives located all over her back. I spoke to the owners before me and they said that they took her to the Aberdeen Veterinary Clinic and they said she just had allergies that she needs her prescription refilled. So, I made an appointment at the Aberdeen location (since she was already seen at their office) and as soon as the doctor walked in the room said it was allergies. For the love of animals Our primary vet is Dr. Lomax at Festival. He takes the time to learn everything he can about your animals. We have 2 cats and a Rottweiler that we adopted from a rescue. Our first cat is extremely large. When he was a kitten we thought that he was a she. Dr. Lomax informed us that his testes were stuck inside but they should drop on their own.
