RecommendedI went to Festival in Neenah today and I was pleasantly surprised to see a lady cleaning all the shopping carts. She politely told me which carts were recently cleaned so that I could use one for my shopping. During this time with the coronavirus going around, shopping is a little more stressful these days, but having a recently cleaned cart made my shopping experience so much better. Thank you Festival for your cleanliness and for your concern for your customers!
I hadn't left my house in over a week, but I'm proud of Festival Foods. While picking up Ice Cream and beer tonight, the checkout boy put on a fresh pair of gloves to check me out AND... there was an inch-thick piece of acrylic between he and I. Good work Festival.
During the #coronavirus craziness, Festival has been spectacular. Super friendly, well staffed, constantly restocking. Thanks Festival !!
Best produce, innovative bakery.
Meats and produce an good here. Night staff could be better. Went in around 10pm and they bagged groceries for the two ladies with less stuff in front of us then ditched when we were up and we had a full cart. Sure, the ladies were older but I'm also pregnant with twins and could have used the help. After the bagger took off and the check out person got done with our transaction, they just chit chatted at the service counter while we bagged our own stuff.
Yes I like festival I shop there all the time. But they never have people to help bag your items, only when it’s busy. I don’t go to a grocery store to bag my own groceries. One day they even switched it to a “you bag” while I was waiting in line “we bag”. I refuse to use the self check out because I believe in people having jobs over a machine doing their job...Usually I have to bag my own stuff with employees at the service desk talking and relaxing. I want to say thank you to one of your employees, Ben Baker. He was punched out and on the way to his car, but he still went above and beyond and out of his way to help when something fell out of our cart and broke in the parking lot. Thanks Ben!
Your produce is horrible and prices way to high. I would suggest to comp shop and see where the market is. I just bought a pound of Brussel Sprouts and ended up throwing them all out. Not the first bad experience. Steak prices were WAY high as well. Your steak prices are as if your offering Prime when it’s actually choice.
