I went to Festival Foods in Neenah today. When I went to check out all of the lines were reasonably short so they had plenty of checkers on duty. I happened to end up in Joani's line. This woman was so upbeat and efficient. The lady ahead of me had a few packages of meat. None of them showed any signs of leaking, yet Joani took the time to put each in a deli bag before sending it down the line to the bagger. That is great customer service. Now it's my turn in line. I work at the Menasha store but also shop Neenah because I am near there frequently. Just love the store and people.
Love this company and all they do for the community.
Normally, I enjoy Festival, but not today. I was surprised at how many of the employees weren’t wearing a masks. I would say about 50% weren’t wearing anything. Obviously, they must not have a policy on that. The percent of customers that weren’t wearing one was about 50% as well. Putting your employees at risk by not requiring customers wear masks makes me upset, in addition not requiring your employees to wear a mask doesn’t make sense. Great store. Great customer service, fresh food.
Love this Festival location and enjoy the pick up service you offer. One suggestion: please have your employees wear masks to protect others when they come out to the car during this time.
