We love our Festival store. My kids love Jeri Lynn in the Tot Spot and I always choose Janet's lane for checking out. Thanks so much for hiring such great people!
I was buying a product at a different store and they stopped carrying it. I looked at every other grocery store in the area, no one carried it. I emailed Festival and requested they carry it, and two days later I recieved an email that they brought in a case and would comtinue to stock it. Thank you so much! This store cares about the customers!
We always shop at this festival and today was another reason why. My 5 year spontaneously threw up when my wife had a cart full of groceries. An employee named Jason and another female employee jumped into action to help. They brought them to the bathroom, got paper towels, and even a water for my daughter. They put our groceries in the cooler for us to pick up later. Service trumps everything in this world and that is a great example of it. Thanks Jason.
I love Festival Foods on Northland & especially want to them for helping me out by giving me a ride home to get my keys, when I locked mine in my car last Wednesday !! AWESOME customer service...THANKS A MILLION FESTIVAL FOODS !! They got me back to work on time...Thanks again !! Appreciated it !
