The employees are super helpful and friendly.
The produce department needs to have better quality control. Rotting fruit and vegetables can regularly be found. The organic department is significantly lacking in produce. For example, I found it surprising that they don't have ready to eat vegetables like chopped broccoli and cauliflower. Even Walmart carries those items.

Festival recently removed the 15 items or less checkout isles - and as a result lost me as a customer. I am not interested in the self checkouts! Time to find a new grocery store!
Dear Festival Foods, I just left your Northland location, and wanted to send a message of appreciation. It’s apparent that you are having system issues this morning. I’m pretty sure at one point, I saw every one of your register’s help lights on. However, at no time did I see a member of your team waiver. I didn’t hear a single team member make excuses or complain about the issue. I couldn't believe how friendly and attentive the staff were, the woman by the deli and by the self check out machines went way out of their way to help me and we're exceedingly pleasant while doing so. Outstanding.
