Very disappointed with the produce department of this store. There's an alarming amount of moldy and rotten food on the shelves. Potatoes, tomatoes, and even avocado are being kept in coolers. A lot of the product is just generally stored wrong, and it diminishes the quality of the product including the shelf life. You really need to look into the proper way to store and handle fresh produce. Farmers don't spend their lives growing food that will just end up spoiling on a store shelf.

Came through on July 23rd, just before 2am to get ice cream and hot pockets. The cashier, Amanda (she told me she's British, that should narrow down whom I'm talking about), she is by far one of if not the friendliest and nicest employee I've ever encountered, not just at Festivall Foods, but pretty much anywhere I've been in quite some time!! I hope she gets a chance to read this or at least hear about it from someone

After starting my day not being the best day as far as Monday's go. I received a phone call from Amy at the Festival on Northland. Letting me know that Zima had arrived. What a great way for me to wanna visit that store again thank you for taking the time .

BIG thank you to the bakery dept. You guys saved me today. I tried baking cookies yesterday for my son's birthday treat at school and failed miserably. Called last night to order 30 cupcakes and they were done by 10:30am today!!!!

Despite changing the specials to be available Sunday - Tuesday, week after week this Festival is out of stock of the advertised specials by Tuesday. Bummer - I like staff and it's not their fault this store doesn't adequately supply the shelves but it's not worth bothering with multiple rain checks every week if other stores are generally cheaper.
