pfft don't get me started...
I currently live here (for almost 10 years), But have had applications to other places to live sent out 5+ yrs ago!! Festival Field needs to be remodeled & brought up to code, as far as the companies review about F.F. Apts thats false advertisement, we dont have dishwashers, nor updated appliances with new cabinets, this is considered a secure gated community (thats a joke, the majority of "gated" is missing), the dumpsters are at the end of buildings, (I feel bad for the ten... I was very unhappy with this apartment This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I had a hole the size of a melon above my toilet for a month before they tried to fix it. They put plaster over it without fixing the pipe first and the plaster fell all over the toilet and never came back to fix it. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
