My mother went for her regular cleaning and was told she needed a deep cleaning done for over $900. Mind you, she gets her teeth cleaned twice a year. Without insurance it would of been $2700!! She asked if she could take home the paperwork and discuss it with her husband and they said NO, it needs to be done now. They refused to do her normal cleaning that day. They are just trying to rip people off.
My son and I were patients of Festival Dental for a few years, and have always found the staff to be very pleasant. However, on three separate occasions, we were told that we were in need of very expensive procedures that I was a bit surprised by. Because I am on a budget, I naturally shopped around and got second opinions. We've been to two other dentists now and have not only found these services for significantly less, but in addition, we've found that we in fact did not even need these procedures done at all. My experience was awesome I would recommend Dr. Derek Lamb for any implants or tooth extraction. He was so calming and explained everything during the procedure. Great job Shout out to Karen, she is so sweet and explains everything. Great job Festival Dental 👏

I have never had a bad experience at Festival. I absolutely love Dr. Thomas. She is a kind, amazing dentist, who understands how greatly a healthy smile affects someone. Both in body and in their self image. The other dentists and endodontists I’ve seen over the years here have all been amazing, efficient, and gentle. I live in Phoenix now, but I drive the 45 minutes for this office. For someone with terrible teeth, a good office is a gem and this office and all of the staff are incredible.

They are scam artists. Do NOT go here. They don’t care about the patients, just the dollars. Worst experience at a dentist office ever.
