I would recommend driving further to Shady Grove or another provider to receive a better experience. I was charged thousands of dollars and treated very negatively. I don't want to say very much on a public review regarding my health but please feel free to message me with questions!
5 stars!! I highly recommend the fertility center! They made the entire journey as stress free as possible. Always patient and caring. Held my hand literally the entire way! Thank you for the best gift ever ! Our little Sasha Rose!
Everyone was so kind and compassionate throughout our entire experience. It took us over a year to conceive and many rounds of IVF, but without them and the shared risk program they offer, we wouldn't have our twins now! We will forever be grateful to them for our little family! We hope to add more to the family one day and we will definitely be returning to TFC when that time comes!
They have wonderful doctor's and nursing staff. Unfortunately their receptionist, office manager, and billing staff are inefficient and rude. It should not fall on the patient to to contact anyone to fix issues arising from services being improperly billed.
My miracle baby is nearly 20 now. I will always remember fondly the time spent at the Fertility Center of York and the wonderful Dr. Filer.
I am very happy with the dedication and personal touch all the staff has with their patients. I’ve been to other fertility centers and don’t get the caring, kindness attention as I do at The Fertility Center. Thank you!
