I highly recommend Fertility Center of San Antonio. The entire staff is professional and compassionate. We were under the care of Dr Retzloff for about a year and a half. We were always treated with the best care and had total confidence in all of the doctors and the decisions they made regarding our treatments. Now we have a healthy baby boy and are so thankful for their team in helping us start our family.
We were blessed with an Amazing staff. Each staff member took their time to talk & explain things to us that we didn't understand, Dr.Martin & Dr.Neal were the best & made us feel Important & comfortable each time. I can't stress enough how much we appreciate the staff at The Fertility Center of San Antonio!! We do plan on going back in the near future.
I started seeing dr Martin back in March of this year and we were successful with our 1st iui in July unfortunately at 21wks (nov 7th) I had our daughter. Overall all the nurses dr and staff were so very helpful through the whole process.
It’s really bad experience, first they tell you chose your donor and when you do , they said we are sorry but the donor changes her mind , off course it happen when you are already in middle of your treatment and payed a big amount of money so no way to go except their mercy and sure they told you that we have eggs from other couples left after their successful procedure so what you to do but to accept and go with is option . We had nothing but problems. When you are told you are going to get results and be contacted by a nurse or doctor, you don't! We were not contacted (in the middle of starting an IVF cycle) for 2 weeks! The staff didn't contact us, we had to call to remind them that we were waiting for the response from the Doctor. Just very disappointed and very mistreated. We stopped all treatment due to this!
I highly recommend the fertility center of San Antonio. We were always treated with care. The nurses and doctors can answer any question you have. After 2 years of trying, we were referred to FCSA. We had one failed IUI, 2 rounds of IVF, and we are currently 12 weeks pregnant with our first baby. My advice to new patients, if you are doing IVF, do the PGS testing. everything about the fertility center of San Antonio is wonderful they are very professional. they are also very friendly and always have a smile on their faces when I went for treatment. They were always so helpful and understanding. my husband and I recommended the fertility center of San Antonio to a family friend and they as well we're blessed with the daughter I thank the fertility center of San Antonio for everything they did so we can become parents.
