Initially, I thought was excellent customer service. However, my opinion changed once I had to deal with the Operations and Marketing Director (office manager) regarding my account. Financial Discrepancies As a primary self-pay patient, I had a small credit from an insurance refund for doctor visits. When I finally requested a refund of my own credit, the Office Manager added a $50 "booking fee" that had never been mentioned.
