Staff was helpful and friendly. Store looks well stocked and had everything I was looking for.
I’ve come here a few times from the Tim Hortons. I’ve received top notch service every time I’ve come here. The guy who helped me out knew exactly what I was looking for almost immediately. Great work guys!
I have been a regular customer of Home Hardware Lakeshore for years, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I purchased an item and 2 weeks later decided to return it (it didn't work as expected). I was able to provide the original receipt, but because the item no longer had its original packaging, I was told by staff that neither a refund nor store credit could be provided.
