Purchased a Corning Wear baking dish that scratched way too easy on the first use. Christmas present of course. Drove in on boxing day to return the poor quality item. Was refused because they didn't want to do returns that day. There were no customers in the store (I was there when they opened) and 4 staff just standing at the cash doing nothing.
