I stopped by today to grab a live trap. A young gentleman retrieved it from the top shelf for me and was very polite and kind. The two people at the front desk were also very polite and pleasant. These three workers were a breath of fresh air, so helpful, friendly and well-mannered. Service went above and beyond, and the company is very lucky to have them as employees.

Had a weird problem with a busted key and they did not hesitate with trying to help me out. Exceptional service and attitudes.
The cashier working in the paint department was so kind and helpful! Very happy with the service!
Purchased a Corning Wear baking dish that scratched way too easy on the first use. Christmas present of course. Drove in on boxing day to return the poor quality item. Was refused because they didn't want to do returns that day. There were no customers in the store (I was there when they opened) and 4 staff just standing at the cash doing nothing.
