Bought a measuring tape only to find it missing 15”-20” measurements, less than an hour gone by and they rudely wouldn’t issue a refund. Will not spend another dime in this store.
Love that Ferris has a place like this nearby for us in the area. I go there a lot and it's a great local store. Dee is so cheerful and always so helpful - She even retrieved a big bag of soil for me there. Thanks for all you guys do.
