My favorite coffee shop in Grand Rapids, by a mile! Delicious beverages, comfortable space, ample parking, and friendly staff. The seasonal beverages are always excellent.
Since 2019 Ferris Coffee has been my "go to" cafe for working or studying outside my home. The service is always courteous, friendly. I have heard them many times on the phone with customers, doing what they can to fill an order. The drinks and treats are always tasty.
Honestly, I love this place! I go to Ferris almost every day. Not only is their quality and variety of coffee beans really great, their menu is great too and they're always trying new ideas with their drinks and food! Ferris also provides a great space to work and have meetings as there are meeting rooms available. The staff: Jake, Sarah, and Justine are all great and are always there when you need help!
First time trying this place and ordered the Blueberry Crumble Iced Latte. The graham cracker infused coffee was great but the star of the show for me was the homemade blueberry cold foam. $7 for a large coffee from a local cafe is still cheaper and better quality than any corporate chain. Highly recommend trying them out! I’ll be back!
Campfire latte is very smooth and tastes like the outdoors!
