I love Ice Cream. The wait and the drive were definitely worth it. I started out on a driving by adventure and accidently came upon Ferris Acres, we decided to stop by and try it, OH MAN!!! Creamiest Ice Cream I have ever had.
Ice cream is amazing and totally worth waiting in line! Lines for ordering and order pick up could be a bit more organized. We had a few people that got in front of us, but we didn't mind since we couldn't decide what to get, the choices are all amazing! The only other thing that would be helpful would be giving out numbers for orders rather then names but other then that the staff is super friendly and a total bang for your buck!!
There is not a better family/pet friendly ice cream in CT. This place deserves more than 5 stars.
The family and I have never had a bad time or ice cream there.
The best ice cream I have ever had! The waffle cones are also fabulous! I do not think it's pricey.....so worth it to a huge ice cream fan! The staff is great too! �

Best ice cream I've ever had! Very reasonable prices too! Line looks long, but moves very quickly! Parking attendants and staff all very helpful and friendly. Can't wait to go back!
This is just one of those places that you MUST experience! Then, once you do, it becomes a, "I can't wait to go again" kind of thing! The lines are sometimes incredibly long yet they manage to keep it going very quickly! The service is always with a smile and the ice cream is the BEST!
Worth the drive for the many custom flavors they have! Great tasting ice cream.
