Friendly local restaurant. Family owned for decades. Popular with locals, heck I even saw some military personnel enjoying lunch. The staff are very helpful with suggestions if you are not sure what to order and food is ready promptly. This is the kind of place we are loosing in our great country to fast food and big name chains. Go to Rollin' in the Dough for the food, and go back for the food again!
The best burgers in Shreveport/bossier. Everything on the menu is good. Consistently awesome.
We arrived at 11:15 and the parking lot looked to be full, but only about 5 tables were seated. Probably everyone came in their own car. After ordering we waited 10-15 minutes for our food. While we waited the place really began to fill and before we were done eating, the place was very full. So I guess there is additional parking in the rear. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Definitely off the beaten path but very much worth it. We ate lunch there before heading back home to Texas this past weekend. The shrimp gumbo was great. I would go back for sure!!
