DR Ferrera was amazing and will be missed. As far as the offices are concerned this is the reason for the 1 star rating. I have been trying to get in touch with the Hoboken office for over 4 hours now and all I get is their machine telling me they're open...so why don't t by ey pick up. I hit the emergency no. And got the service she took my information 2 hours ago and nothing. So I tried to get through to Bayonne and Jersey City and also got the voice mail that they're open.
