Updating my review a year later. I am now on my second high dollar repair on my carrier unit that Ferrells installed. This system has been so unreliable and it's a shame nobody has even reached out to check on their work. They installed the hvac system at my house. It has never worked well and we have discovered numerous issues including a pinched refrigerant line from poor installation.
I had a great experience with Ferrell's Air and Heating. I was having trouble with my furnace and AC unit. At first it looked like it would be a couple weeks, but Heidi found an opening just 2 days out and was able to get their team out to me. Everything is running great now! I had a small billing issue, but again, Heidi came through for me. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely call them the next time I need help with my furnace or AC!
They came out same day, did some troubleshooting, identified the issue, and fixed it. The techs were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Price was reasonable. I’d absolutely recommend them.
