I noticed that there are a lot of low reviews about Ferrellgas. I cannot figure it out. We have been using Ferrellgas for 25 years, filling the tank we rent from them twice a year, thus making it 50 deliveries so far. We got used to ordering on the phone, but then found it convenient to create an online account. With a such you can update your tank percentage, order gas and pay bills. I needed 2 propane tanks certified and filled. I called to very they could do that at the location on Rice Lake Rd. I was assured they could and they were open. When I got there I found out they didn't even fill tanks. I called their number again and made sure I asked if they would certify and fill 2 40lb propane tanks. They said they would and were open. When I got there they said the person that does the certification was gone for the rest of the week.
After a nightmare customer service experience with Superior Fuel, I went with Ferrell to fill my garage tank. Very friendly, let me put it on a credit card and they said up to a week but came out next day. Couldn’t ask for anything more, one 5 minute phone call and the tank was full. Only about $15 in delivery/surcharges which seemed fair enough.
