I needed 2 propane tanks certified and filled. I called to verify they could do that at the location on Rice Lake Rd. I was assured they could and they were open. When I got there I found out that location didn't even fill tanks. I called their number again for their Superior WI location and made sure I asked if they would certify and fill 2 40lb propane tanks. They said they would and were open. When I got there they said the person that does the certification was gone for the rest of the week.
I noticed that there are a lot of low reviews about Ferrellgas. I cannot figure it out. We have been using Ferrellgas for 25 years, filling the tank we rent from them twice a year, thus making it 50 deliveries so far. We got used to ordering on the phone, but then found it convenient to create an online account. With a such you can update your tank percentage, order gas and pay bills.
