Ferrellgas to me is a curiosity. They do good work and I'm satisfied but you have to be patient and not expect "rocket science-level" fast and accurate communication. When we moved to this area they swore that they did not rent 500 gal propane tanks and we wondered who owned ours until an annual rental bill came.
