Wonderful experience. Came in at 4:50, 10 minutes before close and the very kind and professional staff helped me determine what I needed, and custom made me an extra long propane tank supply hose for a very reasonable price. Nobody cut out before they should have, and the homie that helped me stayed past close to get me sorted. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

I have used Ferrellgas may times. This time when I called around they were a dollar a gallon more than 2 other companies. I guess they just need to gouge their loyal costumers.
I felt I was scammed by the fact that they weren't up front by all the hidden fees and charges. I am trying something else before I go back to ferrellgas
Called to have tank installed.Customer service people have no clue what to do when only have it for the generator. So took over a month to get and appointment and for someone to come out. No notice besides a few hours for every appointment. Multiple appointments canceled. If was not for the install guy. I would be given zero stars cause he was amazing. If looking for good Customer service your at the wrong place they truly don't care about the customer at all... They know in this area we can't go anywhere else.
