I placed the propane gas order, the truck arrived days prior to their commitment date, and the price was significantly lower than their competitor. Thank you Ferrellgas!
The driver found a leak at the tank while delivering our LP order. He then checked all of the other components and connections. Very pleasant and informative!
One star because prices was good. However im waiting on a refund because was told someone would come and look at the area to place a tank which never happened, instead someone showed up to place a tank without notice and without someone to check the area before hand. Now wont place a tank because of lines,phone lines not electrical lines. My previous company had a tank in the same location with no issues. Call do you have new service but because I wasn't notified and nobody came out here prior to setting my tank to see if it was okay I wasn't able to get my service so now I'm being refunded money because they couldn't do the job and come out here and advance to see if it was an okay spot or to see if we have to figure it out so I will not refer anybody to this company again
I will begin this review by saying I understand it is my responsiblity to monitor my level of propane on the tank. However, my tank was filled in January and had no way of anticipating we would use so much in less than two months time. During the coldest temperatures of the year this far we ran out of propane and emergency placed an order.
