Very polite customer service. Ordered gas and it arrived before they said it wood.
I have never had any negative experiences in just under 5 years of service. The man who filled our tank about 2 weeks ago even called to inform me about a household issue that had nothing to do with their service. Very happy with them!
They charge you just for being a customer, it's like a $60 yearly fee just to be on their list. Their customer service is terrible, every time I call, I'm on hold for a very long time, sometimes I run out of time and just have to call back over and over hoping to get someone. Currently on hold now for almost 20 mins trying to figure out why I owe a bill, that doesn't say what it's for.
Wow, I called him. They sent a truck out, tested my tank. Filled it up with propane super nice quick into the point great company.
They really screwed up and have tried billing me for it. Stay away!! Called because I was very low on propane during the winter. They said they needed to check my system before they could fill it. Came and checked everything was fine. Then they said it would be a week or more before propane could be delivered. I called another propane place and got same day delivery.
