Not cool that you advertise you're open and we drive there, and you're not open. Do better
they went two weeks out for my fill then day of week contacted me and pushed me another 4 days. I ran out of lp had no heat they didn't care. I am having them pull the tank. going with someone else.
Order a tank in September, got it in November. Paid a hundred ten for delivery and setup, it's now March and the tank is still not leveled and the gas line is still laying on the ground. This is still after several phone calls.
When I bought my house, there was already a Ferrell Gas Propane tank onsite. I've gone through four Winters, and am on the "keep Full" program. Two out of the four winters, I've gone without propane during the coldest parts of the winter, for whatever reason. Ferrell Gas just didn't monitor my tank and deliver in a timely manner. I usually have to go 3-7 days before they can get to my house to fill up my tank. This most recent time, I had pipes burst, from lack of heat, during the negative temps. Their scheduling this winter has been way off the mark. You need to give them at least 3 weeks lead time to deliver. The tech's are professional and friendly.
