Now I know to look at the reviews before making an account!! This company is the worst I've ever worked with!! If you are about to going into business with this company don't even think about it just run!!
We’ve been with this company for almost most 40 years. They definitely do not have loyalty for long standing customers. Ordered propane, was given a delivery date, week later no delivery. Called in, was told they’d look into the issue. No one got back with me. Called the next day, was told a driver would be out that week. Still no explanation or apology for their screw up. Anytime we have an issue, they don’t seem sorry or really care if there is an issue. Worst customer service
We only need propane for a gas stove and a gas grille so we don't use much propane. Ferrell still takes care of us just like we were a large consumer.
