The office is a litteral abandoned building with noone around. When you inevitably have to call they tell you the smallest tank they'll fill is 880 gallons
There's no pricing listed for online ordering. Have to go thru telephone directions to get a person to tell me the cost before ordering. The delivery people are excellent.
I would have given a 5 Star review as our propane delivery gentleman is absolutely fantastic. In fact, every person I've met with face-to-face has been fantastic. Customer service and billing is terrible - doesn't even deserve 1 Star. I currently have 2 tanks that Ferrellfas has filled for several years in my name at my address (my mother passed away, so I inherited hers, hence 2). 15+ years ago, my ex-husband and I had Ferrelgas fill a tank 1 time, paid the bill and used said propane until we got divorced and he took posses... read more
