About a week ago I called for pricing of having a 120 gallon tank set. I used to have a 310 gallon tank but only used 20% last year as it is only for my garage furnace, so I had it taken out and wanted to get a smaller tank. I was given the pricing however when I called a week later to go ahead and set it up I was given higher pricing than the first time. I was happy with Ferrell gas until as a diamond rated customer I found out I was paying exactly 1 dollar more per gallon then my son who is with a different car carrier needless to say, I am going to switch to a different carrier
Best propane service in the area! The high winds we had in our area recently brought down a giant tree, and it landed right on top of my propane tank. Not what one wants to see when they get home after a long hard day. I called FerrellGas, and they immediately dispatched emergency service. Casey T came right out, and he quickly got the tank checked out and red-tagged for safety. Today, I needed additional services, and Allison R went above and beyond to help me resolve my concerns.
