generally buttheads They're expensive and they get you in so many ways that you have no control over. We used their cylinders for many years and one year the backup cylinder was found to be empty. They said they'd check it for leaks... haha, they "didn't find a leak"! So we were assumed to have used double the yearly amount we normally did... no recourse, no refund. Then they made us switch to a 100 gal tank, informed me the yearly rental was $20 higher than we had paid for cylinders, did NOT inform me there was a $200 charg... read more
Not that impressed... We were with Farrellgas for many years and finally dropped their service. Sometimes it was several weeks before they'd come to fill up our tank. Also their prices are very high for our area.
