They have great customer service and better pricing than Amerigas. However, I'm a little shaky on confidence. I think the driver should have a written field for fill level before and after fill. I've been skeptical I've been shorted by a little on a few fills. On one fill I didnt even know they stopped. I had to call and ask if they were going to deliver. I like a phone call that reaches a human. Orders are always filled within the week as a I am on a will call set up.
We have received excellent service from Ferrellgas for more than 30 years. The service personnel fill our propane tank regularly no matter how inclement the weather may be. We never need to be concerned that we will run out of propane. Thank You, Ferrellgas.
