I want to give a shout out to the call center employee named Olivia. What a fine example of patience, grace, and intelligence! I recently started service, and I have struggled with how to gauge my usage. They have great customer service and better pricing than Amerigas. However, I'm a little shaky on confidence. I think the driver should have a written field for fill level before and after fill. I've been skeptical I've been shorted by a little on a few fills. On one fill I didnt even know they stopped. I had to call and ask if they were going to deliver. I knew I wasn't low so I didnt check the tank, but never got a delivery receipt. The guy said he left it, it must have blown away. They're also very reliable unlike Propane... read more
