We really like Ferrellgas and the nice people who deliver it. Always on schedule.
We had just had a snow storm that night. I heard my neighbors tractor out plowing my driveway early. When I looked out the window I saw the Ferrell gas truck sitting patiently in the road waiting for the tractor to finish.It seemed earlier than usual for either of them to be at the house. It was prob around 9:30. I can't recall exactly, but by the time I got dressed to run out and shovel a path the man was already fueling my tank. The delivery was made many days before the date they said it would be made. That was fine, and the driver was great. But I got an email saying my bill was due to be paid on Sunday the 9th, and it also said in that email that it was due upon delivery. Not true, ever. I paid it right away, so as not to be considered late. I sent them a message explaining this. They came back telling me that my contract says payment isn't due right away, but within 30 days after delivery. Never had this happen before, so it totally confused me.
Brandon always does a great job and is very personable and kind.
