Ferrell gas is king of customer no-service. There is never anyone one there that can fill a tank, if you leave it there to be filled they get to it when they can, there is no effort put forth to satisfy the customer, and dont try to call them, most of the time you get an out of town office. There has go to be a better place to get propane somewhere....

The drivers are couterous, the office staff are not. Ferrellgass has an equal pay program and it is broke. they also have a "keep full" and it also breaks down or the driver will be in the area and top off your tank with 30 gals and leave you with a high bill. Plus they charge to use their tanks no matter how much product you use.
