Gas was delivered during time it was promised, didn’t need to be home
The office staff in my area was great. The Technician that came to my home to connect everything was outstanding. My tankless water heater is awesome since I had gas delivered to my home.
My tank was delivered. Once the plumber was completed with his job, I called to have FG run the line from the tank to the house. The lady on the phone and I discussed I would need the propane installed by February 17th, because I am having guest come in from Michigan. I would need hot water for bathing and cooking. I was given an 9 day waiting period, which was very reasonable and would be done before my guest arrived. Yesterday I received a call, they rescheduled my line install. Please Update your app folks. Accurate times for opening and closing are Paramount for the people in this area who work and depend on propane for their generators, RVs, Etc. I understand the prices Change Daily so to check prices calling is necessary but for someone trying to be a loyal customer just getting back into the area to call and find out that you're closed after trusting the time table on the app, they just doubled at the very minimum or tripled the price, depending on the overtime that week, for that propane.
