I made the mistake of allowing my propane to get down to 10%. I called and ordered more. I asked if they had anything that would hurry my delivery along. They didn’t have anything available at that time. One week later I call back, asking when I could expect them. I was told for 200$ I could get it within 2 days. I denied, the service. Placed an online order my tank was sitting on 25% wanted a complete fill paid over $700 and now the tank is only on 70% they didn't leave a tag on the tank when they filled it or anything

Always prompt with deliveries and keep a watch as to when delivery is needed, great people and courteous.
Service was promised between October 25th and the 27th and here you are on the 25th at 9:30 in the morning. Great service Ferrellgas!!
