I ordered a fill for our tank it was at 40% received a message they would not fill the tank until it was 30%. The temperature was going down to the minus. We waited until it was down to 30% the temperature was already in the single digits and expected to go to -5. We were told it would be 2 weeks. The temperature continued to go down. You better call them before you hit 30% in your tank or your going to run out before they deliver, it’s always a 2 week wait for gas to be delivered, I would recommend anyone else, I’ll never use them again
I made the mistake of allowing my propane to get down to 10%. I called and ordered more. I asked if they had anything that would hurry my delivery along. They didn’t have anything available at that time. One week later I call back, asking when I could expect them. I was told for 200$ I could get it within 2 days. I denied, the service. My father called down there and complained that day without me knowing. By now we had ran out completely. The propane showed up the next day. Placed an online order my tank was sitting on 25% wanted a complete fill paid over $700 and now the tank is only on 70% they didn't leave a tag on the tank when they filled it or anything
