I ordered Propane 11 days ago. Called Monday. They said on or before Wednesday 1/21/26. Never came. Called this morning. They Said it was out for delivery. Still no propane. We are under Winter weather warning and record cold temps for the next week. We are down to 5 percent and looks like not getting any propane. They didn’t have a problem taking my payment 11 days ago but can’t deliver my propane in a timely manner.
They called to let us know when the gas was to be delivered happy with their service
I bought my own 1000 gal tank years ago, and Ferrellgas did the installation and first fill. I've been a customer ever since. I don't use a lot of propane, but I need to keep the tank topped off for my house emergency generator, so when I get down to about 60% I call to arrange a refill. Service has always been prompt, and the tank is left at 80%. I'm sorry to see other reviews where they did not get good service. That has not been our experience.
I ordered a fill for our tank it was at 40% received a message they would not fill the tank until it was 30%. The temperature was going down to the minus. We waited until it was down to 30% the temperature was already in the single digits and expected to go to -5. We were told it would be 2 weeks. The temperature continued to go down. We were afraid we would run out so we called again it was down to 15%.we were told it would be another week. We turned the water off so it wouldn't freeze and lowered the heat.
