Ferrellgas has given us the run around since November 19th on fixing our gas line. We are on week 4 of no heat, and no one cares to get out here and do what needs to be done. We had a gas leak to which you shut the line off, but when we have someone come inspect you complete the task like we can fill the tank when in fact it's still red tagged and you haven't done anything to fix it. Ferrellgas just charged me $3.609 per gallon for propane. Other companies charge about $2.31 per gallon at this time. They have come two times this year when I was out and filled my tank even though I was on a "will call for gas". The first time they were high on the price, but this time they overcharged by $1.30 per gallon.
