I have recently changed to Ferrellgas . I would like to give the HSV Field Tech. a five star rating ,for the smooth install of a new tank. His customer friendly , and efficient service.
Had a good special this week, a price I hadn't seen in a few years. Was nice to see with how everything else has been so high lately. Delivery was prompt. Wasn't expecting delivery for a week or two but it was the next day. Delivery guy Cobra was professional. Thank you for the discount this week! It was appreciated!

0 Stars. Won't fill propane. The excuse is they have no technican for days and days. Or office closed during business hours and they are sitting in office looking at you! You didnt "miss me" the workers were in the building looking at me!!!100% lazy and unreliable. I guess they don't want business.
I called the number; the operator assured me the store was open and that they had propane available. After a very tenuous drive on the slick ice, I arrived to a closed shop. After 15+ minutes of knocking, someone answered the door to tell me they had no propane. Moral of the story: even calling beforehand is no guarantee they'll have propane. I'll buy my necessary warmth elsewhere.
