0 Stars. Won't fill propane. The excuse is they have no technican for days and days. Or office closed during business hours and they are sitting in office looking at you! You didnt "miss me" the workers were in the building looking at me!!!100% lazy and unreliable. I guess they don't want business.
I called the number; the operator assured me the store was open and that they had propane available. After a very tenuous drive on the slick ice, I arrived to a closed shop. After 15+ minutes of knocking, someone answered the door to tell me they had no propane. Moral of the story: even calling beforehand is no guarantee they'll have propane. I'll buy my necessary warmth elsewhere.
Ferrell Gas is a very user friendly company. The office communicates well and it was easy to set up my account. The field technicians are very competent and helped us to decide on which option we wanted. Our new stove seems to function fine with the new setup. And, their prices are very reasonable!!
