Can’t imagine using another propane company. I ask for a refill and forget about it. They come out whenever and refill my tank with no hassle. If I knew the delivery person’s name, I’d thank him/her!
My Ferrell gas tank needs to be re- leveled and painted. I put in a request when I got my last propane delivery 2 months ago. No service yet. Also you are charging me $135 rental, it was $23 when I first started.
Been a loyal customer for 6 years. When they quoted me $3.89 a gallon for my refill this week, I called a competitor. Sun Gas delivered for $1.49. Don’t know if I’m more offended or embarrassed that I’ve loyally used Ferrel for 6 years, thinking they were taking good care of us. Never again!
From the very beginning Ferrellgas people have given me great service. They were there when we needed them and didn't mind showing us how to read our tank level. Plus, we have received excellent service.
