Service tech Shawn Carey was great. Very friendly, new what he was doing.
I had the pleasure of working with Shawn C. with the move of our propane tank. The level of customer service he provided is rare and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He informed me of options that would be beneficial to my husband & I. It was a delight to work with Shawn and I highly recommend him & FerrellGas of Pullman.

I ordered propane online a few days before Thanksgiving, then received a coupon for Black Friday that would have saved me hundreds of dollars. That's totally unexpected for a petroleum product, and implies their customers are being overcharged year round. I would have appreciated a warning that such a sale could be coming and I would certainly have waited to order.
