I ordered propane online a few days before Thanksgiving, then received a coupon for Black Friday that would have saved me hundreds of dollars. That's totally unexpected for a petroleum product, and implies their customers are being overcharged year round. I would have appreciated a warning that such a sale could be coming and I would certainly have waited to order. Nick and his crew are responsive and professional. I switched from a competing provider a few years ago and have been very glad I made the change.
Deal with Ferral Gas outta pullman was an absolute breeze and huge shout out to Shawn Carey for help us out with tank delivery and pickup. Dealt with him in person twice now. Nicest guy to ask for.
