I have nothing but great things to say about Ferrell Whited's Rootstown location! Gina is welcoming, helpful and friendly and Tammy is amazing!
I had a very good experience at Ferrell-Whited and I would highly recommend to my family and friends. Appointments were made easily, staff was very friendly, insurance was billed correctly with no surprises. Ferrel Whited will always be my first choice for Physical Therapy.
Dr Graf is phenomenal and has such a great bedside manner. I feel comfortable in her care. Everyone in that office makes you so welcomed and they all work hard to take care of your needs. Highly recommend!
My daughter struggles with weakness on her right side. Through aquatic therapy she is getting her balance and is also kicking in the water more with both legs. The therapist truly are a blessing and do so well with my daughter. Very satisfied with the service we are currently getting.
As much as I hate to say it I've been to many Physical Therapy offices ! Ferrell Whited has the best therapists I've ever seen in one location. Especially one young lady Randi Suliks ! I had suffered for years with bad headaches and neck problems. Randi was a gift from God... Ferrell Whited and their whole staff are by far the best I've ever worked with ! I'd refer them to all my friends and family and have actually ..... Randi you're the best ! GO TRIBE !!!!!!! Browns, not so much ....
My neck was giving me constant pain and I had very painful headaches. Meghan said to come in asap! I've known Jason and Meghan since 2004. They are caring and skilled in their profession. I started treatment in July 2016. Not only do I feel much better but I've been given the education to maintain my recovery. Jenny was just as skilled when Meghan wasn't available. Everyone at Ferrel Whited has been kind and very helpful. My therapy and dry needling has given me many pain free days.
Everyone is friendly and welcoming! My 10 year old feels very comfortable here for her therapy and Amber has been amazing to work with!
I started to go Physical Therapy for foot pain and so far I had both Kate and Valerie and both have been wonderful. I left feeling better and feel very positive that when my sessions are over I will be so much better than before I started my sessions. Thank you both.
