I've been here a few times to the Stow office, and Bill has been very courteous and prompt. He's very friendly and can carry a good conversation to make the time go by! As far as the results, I have significantly less pain days following each appointment. I'll keep coming here as long as is needed and would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing therapy. Very minimal waiting to get in, flexible scheduling!
I have had aa great experience at the Medina Ferrell Whited pt. I have worked with several of the therapists including Bill, Kate, Valerie. But, most recently I have worked with Amber Morrison. They have all been so knowledgeable and thoughtful. Different techniques are offered and really do help. Continue what you guys are doing and you will have many thankful clients. Thumbs up for all of you.
Ferrell Whited is amazing I had foot surgery and have been receiving therapy twice a week for two months. The staff is wonderful kind and compassionate from the front office to the therapist. I have been seeing mostly Amber she is excellent and I get better each time I go. Therapy is not fun but I would highly recommend Ferrell Whited to friends and family.
So happy I made the switch from my previous PT practice. Amber uses new methods my old place never used and I am seeing results already. She has done more in 2 weeks than my other place did in 6 months. The best thing is now I have hope! Thank you!!
Ferrell Whited has helped me on several occasions for my back pain. Most recently, Kate was my therapist. She was fantastic! She really listened to me to understand the issues I was having and taught me various exercises to help with the pain. She is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She also tried new techniques, such as kinesio tape and cupping, both of which gave me some relief. Thank you, Kate!!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful at Ferrell Whited. I'm so happy I decided to come to this facility for physical therapy.
I am doing the pool therapy with Amber and it has made a big difference in my life. I am starting to be able to walk on my treadmill again which is amazing after the set back i had this year. I have Lupus and this was my worst year health wise yet. My son got married july 2nd and could barely walk. The only reason they did not get an excellent rating is because we are having a little problem with the billing and i have to stop till they get that straight.
