Without a doubt, the most awesome customer service. We purchased the maintenance contract and it was worth every penny. Tonight our AC on the second floor stopped working. Ron Ferrell, yes the owner, called us back within minutes. He had a service person out within the hour, actually probably less time. We had a faulty NEST. He replaced it at no charge with a new thermostat. It was fixed within 15 minutes!! So AWESOME!! Thank you!
