Dr. Ferreira's office has been closed since late summer, when the doctor retired immediately and without any notice, after a fire in his Castor avenue office. His phone voice mail is full, so a patient cannot leave a message.
been calling doctor arturo ferreira's office. for almost two weeks. and no one answers the phone. I can't leave messages because the voicemail is full. and they don't let you know if they are closed until what time. nothing. That is a great irresponsibility of them, we need our medications. and they don't let us know if the doctor is still working. That service there is terrible
Dr. Ferreira is a very good and caring physician. I've been going their over 4 years. The system they use in his office is a bit antiquated. No one seems to answer the phone. The reception is very efficient, but a bit brash. I like the cozy atmosphere.
I love Dr Ferreira !! He has been my doctor for at least 20 years!! Great doctor Great bedside manners just all around good person Great at being a doctor great at being s rheumatologist!! And his assistant Ida is the best!! Always pleasant very accurate about everything she does!!
