I only give this for customer service, or lack of. I order everything online, due to i do not have time to call and or go to a store, nor care to. I only ask for someone to answer the emails I have sent as to assisting me to exchange the product for a different size. The have an antiquated return policy. Crickets!

Terrible experience. Poor quality clothing, worse customer service. I had to make a complaint with The Better Business Bureau just to get my refund. And even then they withheld $50 for shipping that was supposed to be "free". Run very far away from these people.

Buyer Beware! Bought a new tuxedo shirt recently from them. It had a yellow stain on the front and was too small. I wrote numerous emails requesting an Authorization to Return so I could get my money back. After the fourth email I was told they had already emailed a Return Authorization. No Authorization ever appeared… in either my email or my spam folder. Requested it be resent but to date have received no response or Authorization to Return.
