The owner, "Runaround Sam", kept telling me over 6 months he would send me the correct item, never followed up when he said he would, when given a final deadline, did not return calls and never sent the correct item. Do not do business with him as he will take your money without honoring his word, send you the incorrect item, and/or will waste your time giving you the runaround. This is a terrible company! I wish I had read the reviews. They didn't send any email with a receipt of the purchase, so I don't have an order number, there wasn't a receipt in the box. I have tried 4 separate times to contact them on-line. Not one response. It's too bad. The hat seems to be nice. I had more to order but I waited to see the quality. Glad I waited.
