DO NOT RENT FROM FERRARO PROPERTIES (aka PHILADELPHIA REAL ESTATE). My experience with them has been a nightmare. They are extremely unresponsive, combative, and scammers. Regularly my landlord did not follow laws and would walk right into the unit with strangers trying to sell the place with no warning. Any work orders were either never fulfilled or months late (which they then try to take out of your security deposit). Probably the worst property management ever. Has no regards for tenants and makes tenants do the cleaning for them. The property manager does not really do anything besides pleasing the tenants. This place makes you clean the whole place and make you pay for it. The lease does not make any sense at all either with random niches that tenants are required to do.
