Called Ferraro today they came out right away which was a huge surprise. They gave me pricing first which was nice. I agreed to the repair and now my AC is working and cooling. Will be calling again.
Great company! Anthony really knows his stuff and is super responsive (for instance solved an A/C issue from my very old unit that happened within hours before my vacation). I had a furnace installed by Ferraro years ago and it keeps running like a champ - highly recommend.
These guys respond quick. I used them a few times but the last time I felt comfortable reaching out the tech came out said my furnace motor was bad and that he would have to check in his truck if he had a replacement. He took my old motor out and then came back with seamingly the same part and said, "you are in luck because I had one in the truck". Ferraro Hvac came out to replace my Furnace and AC system last week. Anthony, Miguel and Jim got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. Loved they wore shoe covers and had tarps down. The New furnace and AC are super quiet and running great. The house is extremely comfortable with this new system. Very happy I went with the local guys.
For a few years, this company seemed great. Then, our furnace died. Luckily, they could replace it quickly; unluckily, they spilled chemicals all over the floor that ruined the flooring. Accidents happen, but getting them to reimburse us for the repairs took a lot of work. After the reimbursement, they repeatedly ghosted us, going so far as to book appointments and then not show up.
