We purchase our new to us 2016 Toyota Corolla from Ferrario, we dealt with Carol for the car buying experience. She was amazing, she answered all our questions thoroughly and patiently no matter how many times i called her. They had to bring in the car from a different location, which was done promptly as well as any necessary repairs. Purchased a 2012 Tahoe with the help of Dominic. Dominic did an amazing job working with me and making a great deal. My only issue was his higher-ups, David I believe it was, having to answer emails first before assisting a potentially paying customer. I did not appreciate that one bit. Also most of the people there, not including Dominic, seemed quite rude. So my recommendation is to see Dominic and hope the rest of them don’t have emails to answer and make you wait.
Tyler was very patient with me. He answered my questions and let me drive multiple cars while I made up my mind. After driving Honda’s for over 30 years, I purchased a 2019 Kia Sorrento. Her name is Roxy :)
