We came in to look at a Ferrari 812 Superfast for our collection and the sales person didn’t greet or look our way, we ended up purchasing from Ferrari San Diego where we have our summer home and are given the proper treatment and service. Unfortunately this is the treatment we have received multiple times at woodlands and Ferrari of Houston.
Business response:
Thank you Julie for the feedback. We understand that you visited our locations and were wanting to test drive an 812 Superfast that we currently have on our showroom. Unfortunately, store policy prohibits our sales staff to offer test drives of vehicles on consignment. If you have further concerns, please feel free to contact our General Manager directly Tony Nevotti at tnevotti@ferrariofhouston.com.
RecommendedVery attentive to their customers, both before and after a sale. Great personnel make a great dealership.
