I could not be happier with Ferrari Palm Beach. Tony Palmer was the sales person that assisted me with my acquisition and he made the whole process smooth and pleasing. Also, Michael Pettine has been the maintenance manager to take care of my vehicle and he has done an amazing job with it. Michael always goes the extra mile to make sure that my car is impeccable and that the service meets the highest standards.
I recently traded my Ferrari 296 for a Porsche GT3 at Ferrari of Palm Beach, and it was hands-down the best dealership experience I have ever had. I brought a car in for a PPI. I own several Ferraris and never saw such an unprofessional PPI. The service manager, JR Wagner, admitted under oath in a law suit I filed on the car that he “Fudged” the report (to make the car look better than it really was). Just because they’re in west palm beach and a Ferrari dealer, don’t think they’re not sleazy.
Strongly recommend service here as the advisors are very courteous and professional. James and JR are great to work with.
