Preston assured my husband our California would be inside for the duration of the days they had the car. It sat in the rain at some point and instead of washing it prior to pickup I was given a dirty car and a mouthful of excuses about how it's our fault we didn't let him know we were on our way. It takes a customer driven person to listen, understand the concern being expressed and respond without excuses and blaming the customer. Very disappointed. New owner. So far, bad service.
