A need one
Service Department. The worst service I've ever received in any dealership. Gave them chance after chance just because really I do not have much of a choice. They do not give a damn about a customer. I really wish there was more I can do to impact this dealer.
Highly recommended! I have been using Ferrari of Austin since 2012. They have serviced 3 of my cars over that time and I’ve always received excellent service. Their Service Department is first rate beginning with their service representative James Holderman and the same can be said for their technicians, Eddie B, James M and the rest of the crew. In addition their sales staff are professional and very knowledgeable about the brand. I recommend these folks if you are buying a car or need servicing.
Update: I had an unfortunate road incident which required my Ferrari to be picked up from my house. James Holderman arranged for covered transport from my house to Ferrari of Austin Service Center. Jaden, the person driving the transport vehicle did a great job coordinating with my schedule and communicating with me as he arrived. I could not start the vehicle and I have a tricky driveway to get in and out of even when the car is running.
