Stopped in to start the education process of owning my first Ferrari ( in the near future) . The let me browse around the show room,no pressure and answered all my questions.. Nice folks...
I came in for service on a sheared tire valve stem, that occurred for no known reason. The dealership said they would cover the repair, even if Maserati didn't cover under the warranty. My Service Adviser, Zach, was very informative and helpful, and took me around the showroom and lot, explaining the different Ferrari models, as well as Maserati and Alpha Romeo. The lounge area was nice, too, with a great Lavazza expresso machine and snacks. First class operation!
